How to Use Oils for Beautiful Ethnic Skin
Oils for beautiful ethnic skin are nothing new. You've heard the terms virgin, cold pressed, unprocessed and extra virgin for most of your lives. How do you apply these to skin care?

Cold pressed is what you're taught is a good pure oil to work with. Cold pressing is and exclusively mechanical extraction of oil done at low temperatures. This enables the oil to retain its full content of fatty acids, vitamin E and antioxidants. Because of this process, these oils do not require synthetic additives or preservatives.

The first cold pressing gives what is often referred to as "fruit juice." An oil can only receive “Virgin “ classification if it's:

- the First cold pressing
- been clarified by physical or mechanical methods
- and has no physical or chemical refining.

Extra virgin is only applied to olive oil.

If you were to take a look at oils for ethnic skin care, you'd find some interesting choices and the challenges they help with.

Oils for Beautiful Ethnic Skin

Argan oil is known for its use by the Berber women to protect their hair, nails and skin from the heat. It's rich in omega 6 and 9 acids and is a powerful antioxidant.

Argan oil is quickly absorbed into the skin. It's known for its ability to soften fine lines, promote elasticity and deeply moisturize your skin. Argan oil is often said to be a superfood for skin with healing properties.

Avocado oil is superior at moisturizing your body, hair and face. Avocado oil is one of the rare oils containing palmitoleic acid, which is valuable in the protection of cell membranes and cellular regeneration.

Avocado oil is known to soften and tone your skin, as well as care for dry brittle hair. It's good for poor skin elasticity, firming massages, dull lackluster skin and a wonderful addition to salad dressings.

Calendula oil is safe and easy to use. It can be used on its own or combined with other oils like avocado oil for sun protection and essential oils. Calendula is also good for baby care, dry and/or sensitive skin and eczema.

This is just the beginning ...

The list is long on oils that are great for beautiful ethnic skin. Take a look at Tamanu, Carrot, Black Cumin and Evening Primrose oils. These are also oils that are good for your beautiful ethnic skin.
