Aromatherapy Blends
You know that aromatherapy is in essence a therapy session by way of scent? Unlike a traditional therapy session where you're laying on a couch or chase lounge, you get to have your session via full body massage. You can also experience your session via the bathtub or with a room diffuser.

Using or creating fragrant blends of essential oils is the best way enjoy and enhance your well-being and health. Essential oils have properties that are calming, balancing, uplifting, stimulating and they’ve been known to reduce anxiety.

Have you ever found yourself tight and feeling as though you're going to pop if you don't find some relief? Sounds as though you could use a potion for soothing, calming or relaxation. Aromatherapy to the rescue!

Blend for Relaxation

Do you realize that we can be our own worst enemy? Tired beyond belief and we still want to be the energizer bunny. Here's a blend to consider when you feel you need to relax:

2 tablespoons of Almond oil
5 drops of Lavender essential oil
3 drops of Rose Essential oil
2 drops of Vetiver essential oil.
This blend makes 1 ounce of oil.

To use in your bath, the focal point of relax central, add 1 tablespoon to your warm bath.

Calming Blend

To calm your mind body and spirit, try this blend to help balance emotions and soothe your skin in the process.

2 table spoons of Almond oil
7 drops of Rose absolute or essential oil
7 drops of Geranium essential oil
1 tablespoon of whole milk or body oil

Blend the essential oils together and mix with your carrier of milk or bath oil. Add this to your bath and immerse yourself into your tube to get the benefits of this beauty.

Aromatherapy blends are a great way to work through your challenges. The aroma's can be intoxicating and often render you speechless. They can also bring peace and relaxation to your space and person.
